What Happens After The Trial

  • Every new user receives a free 14-day trial of AstroManager's premium features
  • During the trial, AstroManager behaves like a paid account with access to the advanced planning, automation, and imaging workflows
  • When the trial ends without a paid subscription, the account falls back to the free tier automatically

What's Included

All paid plans include the AstroManager features listed for that offer. Product Lifetime includes the purchased product tier for as long as that product remains commercially operated by AstroManager.

Your paid plan includes one telescope client license for Remote Control and N.I.N.A. integration at no extra cost, unless a different limit is shown for the selected offer.

Additional Clients cost 5€ per month or 50€ per year, depending on your billing interval.

Replacing a PC

Telescope Clients: License Transfer

If you replace your telescope imaging computer, contact us so we can approve moving the license. After that change, the license on the old PC will no longer work.

You can sign in to AstroManager itself on as many of your own devices as you want. The limit only applies to telescope client licenses, which are used for N.I.N.A. integration and Remote Control on imaging computers.

Cloud Service Storage

AstroManager 1.2 adds the Cloud Service for capture uploads, online calibration masters, integration previews and configurable exports.

Every user gets 20 GB of Cloud Service storage for free. Paid cloud tiers are optional add-ons when you need more room for active projects, masters, previews, and exports.

Cloud tiers are managed from the Cloud Service area in AstroManager (Settings page). Existing cloud tiers can be changed or cancelled through subscription management / the billing portal.

Important Notes

Automatic Renewal

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically for the next billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

Cancellation

If you cancel a monthly or yearly plan, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.

Product Lifetime

Product Lifetime means the commercial lifetime of the purchased AstroManager product offering. It is not a promise of service operation forever or for your personal lifetime.

Managing Your Subscription

Open your profile and continue to subscription management to start, change, or cancel a monthly or yearly subscription.

Invoices

Invoices remain available from subscription management whenever you need them for your records.

Details such as current pricing, trial behavior, included client counts, Cloud Service tiers, and any future add-ons are always shown in checkout and on the active pricing offer before you complete your purchase.
