After Trial

When your trial ends:

  1. Subscribe to continue
  2. Or let access lapse
  3. Data preserved for 30 days after expiration

Managing Your Subscription

View Current Subscription

  1. Go to Profile
  2. See Subscription section
  3. View status, plan, and renewal date

Subscribe

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Click "Subscribe" or select a plan
  3. Complete checkout via Stripe
  4. Subscription activates immediately

Upgrade/Downgrade

  1. Click "Manage Subscription"
  2. Opens Stripe customer portal
  3. Change plan as desired
  4. Changes apply at next billing

Cancel Subscription

  1. Click "Manage Subscription"
  2. Select "Cancel subscription"
  3. Access continues until period end
  4. No further charges

Billing

Payment Methods

Accepted via Stripe:

Invoices

Access invoices:

  1. Click "Manage Subscription"
  2. View "Billing history"
  3. Download PDF invoices

Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  1. Email notification sent
  2. Status changes to "Past Due"
  3. Grace period to update payment
  4. Service continues during grace period
  5. Access suspended if not resolved

Subscription Status

Status Meaning
Trial Free trial active
Active Paid and current
Past Due Payment issue pending
Canceling Will end at period end
Canceled No longer active
Expired Trial ended, not subscribed
