After Trial¶
When your trial ends:
- Subscribe to continue
- Or let access lapse
- Data preserved for 30 days after expiration
Managing Your Subscription¶
View Current Subscription¶
- Go to Profile
- See Subscription section
- View status, plan, and renewal date
Subscribe¶
- Go to Profile
- Click "Subscribe" or select a plan
- Complete checkout via Stripe
- Subscription activates immediately
Upgrade/Downgrade¶
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Opens Stripe customer portal
- Change plan as desired
- Changes apply at next billing
Cancel Subscription¶
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel subscription"
- Access continues until period end
- No further charges
Billing¶

Invoices¶
Access invoices:
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- View "Billing history"
- Download PDF invoices
Failed Payments¶
If payment fails:
- Email notification sent
- Status changes to "Past Due"
- Grace period to update payment
- Service continues during grace period
- Access suspended if not resolved

What happens to my data if I cancel?¶
Data is preserved for 30 days after expiration. Resubscribe to restore access.
Is there a refund policy?¶
Contact support within 14 days for refund consideration.
Can I pause my subscription?¶
Not currently. Cancel and resubscribe when ready.
