Profile Management

Manage your AstroManager account profile and personal settings.

Accessing Your Profile

Click your email address in the navigation menu, or navigate to Profile directly.


Account Information

Authentication Details

Field Description
Email Your login email (from identity provider)
Account Type Microsoft account, email/password, etc.
Member Since When you created your account

Email Changes

To change your login email, contact support. This is managed by the identity provider.


Personal Information

Editable Fields

Field Description
First Name Your first name
Last Name Your last name
Contact Email Email for notifications (can differ from login)

Saving Changes

  1. Edit the desired fields
  2. Click "Save"
  3. Confirmation appears on success

Address Information

Invoice Address

Used for subscription billing:

Field Description
Address Line 1 Street address
Address Line 2 Apt, suite, etc. (optional)
City City name
Postal Code ZIP or postal code
Country Country selection

Delivery Address

For physical goods (if applicable):

  • Can be same as invoice address
  • Or specify different address

Preferences

Newsletter

  • Subscribe: Receive product updates and tips
  • Unsubscribe: No marketing emails

Transactional Emails

System emails (password reset, billing) are always sent regardless of newsletter preference.

Language

Select your preferred language:

  • English
  • German (Deutsch)

Subscription Status

Your profile shows current subscription:

Status Description
Trial Free trial period
Active Subscription Paid and active
Past Due Payment issue
Canceling Scheduled to end
Canceled No longer active

Keep Info Current

Update your contact email if it changes to ensure you receive notifications.

Complete address information appears on invoices.
